I have been working with David for about 3 weeks now. I have seen exceptional results. David designs workout plans and nutrition goals that are specific to me and my lifestyle. He is very patient and intelligent. I'm not a gym junkie. But he helps me with accountability. He also works with me to ensure that my form is good, thus preventing injuries. His friendly smile and personality helps too.

David has been the reason I've been able to stay motivated and accountable for as long as I have (which is long for me). Normally I would give up after a month or so, but I'm going on 3 months with him now. He's very encouraging, and even after 3 months, he always has new workouts that are challenging. He pushes me in a way I've never been able to do myself alone, and I always feel accomplished after our sessions. He's also a great resource for all health and fitness. He seems to always has the answers to my questions! David's super accommodating when I need to reschedule and fun to work out with. He can be a goofball :) He's the best!!

David is great! He put together a custom workout plan for my husband and I based our goals and style. Every week he pushes us past our comfort zone but he never asks us to do anything he knows we can't handle. I definitely recommend him!

After two ACL surgeries and the lifestyle of a college student, I was at a low point in my physical fitness and knew I needed a coach and a plan to commit to. David was very knowledgeable and helpful in recovering from the surgeries and pushed me past my initial goals. The metabolic testing he recommended helped me understand how my body utilizes nutrients during exercise and why his exercise prescription and nutrition planning needed to be followed. In under a month I can already see my body transforming, feel healthier, and my aerobic fitness has improved.

Disappointed that results of working out showed 10% increase in body fat, 10% decrease in muscle, lost about 3-5 pounds onlyover 2-3 months. After every workout, I felt like I was injured until our next workout from neck to knee. Trainer has fixed days and timing for training, and these were not so flexible to work with my schedule for continuity of services. Overall, personality is good, and continues to learn. If you want a good rate, $50/hr is not bad fora personal trainer coming to your home.
Thank you for your hiring me and I appreciate the feedback on how to improve. Unfortunately without a client doing the assigned homework workouts, logging food, following healthy eating strategies, as well as no call no showing workouts, and consistently showing up late, results are harder to come by. As far as feeling injured, which for the most part started after a weekend spending 25 hours on your knees, we both know I did my best with myofascial release, trigger point therapy, kinesio tape, and recommending stretches to resolve your pain. I wish you the best of luck in finding that partnership with a fitness professional and becoming as committed as they are in getting you results!

I am one month into my personal trainer experience with David and my expectations have been exceeded. He listens! For the first time, I feel like I am getting a training program tailored just for me. He has paired fitness with nutrition to help reach my goals. He is supportive, but yet keeps me challenged.

David took the time to learn what would work for me! With a full time job and 5 kids, fitting workouts in can be a real challenge. David was always extremely patient with me, never made me feel guilty about missing a session or eating Swedish fish for breakfast, and he always made sure that when I was training, I got a really good session in! I highly recommend him! He's also great with kids - he ended up training our teenagers as well as our son with Autism, which was huge!

David was my physical trainer for over a year. Training with David was a pleasure! He has a great personality and for me, made working out fun again. His workouts were challenging, fun, and effective. With David I learned how to exercise correctly, meaning he corrected my form to avoid injuries. I learned new exercises and how to use machines I used to simply avoid, and David taught me how different muscle groups worked together so I could build my workout routine to maximize my gains. He also taught me about nutrition and how to alter my diet to improve my sleep, digestion, and overall well being. With David's help, I exceeded my weight loss and fitness goals, and strengthened muscles that I used to injure repeatedly. With the education David has given me, I am now able maintain my new fitness levels on my own!

David is a very professional trainer who helped me go from a size 10 to a size 6. He is very dedicated to seeing results achieved and pays close attention to each individual needs. While training with David, he was also taking courses to extend his knowledge of anatomy, physiology and nutrition, so he could better understand how to address diet and any pain associated with training. He is very accommodating to when it comes to scheduling sessions. David really enjoys training and seeing people succeed. It's not a job to him, but rather a career. Each time David relocated to a different health club, I followed him. He's that good at getting results and he pushes you to get where you want to be.
